Christenson Surfboards' Description
Back and redesigned by popular demand. This board is not for the novice and prefers forehand surfing. Recommended lengths are 6’4 - 7’6”. All boards are single fins with 9.5" flex fins recommended.
The new progression upgrades include:
- Another addition to Chris’ diverse egg line up as the 4th board along with the C-Bucket, Ultra Tracker, and Huntsman.
- Complimented with a loaded dome/ convex bottom contour (displacement hull) to serve its purpose of high line speeds and smooth elongated turns off the rail in clean lined up surf
- The convex bottom allows for friction free glide and rolling over fast aggressive rail initiations.
- The tail rocker is low (gas pedal), leading to a mellow nose entry rocker.
- The rails are very low volume to keep the rail in the water on long fast bottom turns, with a higher than normal volume center thickness (3” for surfers above 180 lbs) to allow for easy paddling and glide.
- The s-deck foil on this model keeps the tail rocker low along with a step deck in the nose to remove unnecessary volume improving the swing weight balance.
