Comfy fit!

As a beginner trying to focus and learn the basics of kiting, I preferred the seat harness to a waist harness. The seat harness stays in place and does not ride up when you're trying to master the water start. It also took pressure off my abs and back with the lower tow point/spread bar location. The lower tow point helps with stability making the water starts easier. I really think this harness helped me advance as a beginner. I would also recommend it if you have back sensitivities. I am 5'7" and weigh 130 lbs, I went with a size small. Pretty adjustable harness with adjustable leg straps and waist straps.
