Randall Ion has a great solution here to the rider that wants a hook and slider rope bar option. The hook portion is relatively easy to get on and off. All you need is a fin key to take out the screws holding it in. It definitely takes some effort to work the part out of the spreader bar and back in, but that's honestly probably a good thing that its secure in there.
The clasp on the end of the bar seems like it might be a little over complicated but it does work really well in the real world.
Great option for someone that wants the hook and slider and is tired of having to hold onto two bars and always switch them out!
