REAL EZ RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Looking to return or exchange a product you bought from us? NO PROBLEM!
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make sure what you ordered from REAL is right for you. You can return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for the right size as long as the product is brand new and with the original tags or packaging. We will be reselling the returned product, so make sure you pack it with LOVE like we do. You are responsible for return shipping and damage that might occur on the way back.
All sales are final on all Lift Efoils and accessories. REAL's normal EZ Return Policy does not apply to this product.
If you don't want to exchange your product, we will inspect it and process your refund. We will return/refund the full amount, less the shipping, to the original payment method. For credit card payments it may take 2 to 5 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
REAL HOLIDAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Buying a gift? We will honor our 30-day REAL EZ Return and Exchange policy starting on Christmas Day. This gives gift recipients 30 days after Christmas to decide if they will be keeping your gift.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
A warranty claim is initiated by emailing a digital photo of the damaged gear, description of the damage, how the damage occurred, the product's serial number, and your original invoice to realpro@realwatersports.com. All merchandise returned for warranty replacement or repairs must bear a Case Number (CAS#) which the Customer Service Department will issue you, on the outside of the package and on the invoice. Warranty returns without CAS#s will not be accepted. You are responsible for shipping charges for returned product.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties and taxes associated with shipping to your country may increase the cost of your order. You are responsible for paying all import tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees and any other costs related to delivering product to you; these costs are in addition to the cost of your order. You are responsible for return freight charges should you refuse delivery of any product, or if any product is unable to be delivered to you.
