Foil Drive Assist MAX+ Kit (Gen 2.5) w/ Slingshot Integrated Mast

This package pairs the Foil Drive Assist MAX+ with the Foil Drive x Slingshot One-Lock Integrated Mast. Unit, battery, integrated mast motor and mast all ship together.

The motor is built into the mast rather than clamped to it. A 118mm chord with the motor faired into the profile, an optimised One-Lock collar potted into the base instead of screwed, and the connections run inside the mast. No pod, no adaptor and no cable loop in the water.

Motor Position

Both versions are the same 82cm mast. What changes is how far down the mast the motor sits, measured from the board.

Assist 17cm is the standard foil assist position and the more common choice. Take eFoil 70cm if you are riding on the motor full time.

The mast is Slingshot specific. It uses the One-Lock connection, so it fits Slingshot One-Lock fuselages and front wings. Riders on another mast brand, or anyone who wants a mast that also works unpowered, should look at the Retro-Fit High Power Motor Kit.

Battery

Ships with the FM+ 650 Battery: 648Wh of 43V capacity at 3.95kg, enough for a full surf session for most riders. The FM+ 650 is shared with the Fusion, so one battery covers two setups. No adaptor is needed on the MAX+. Fusion riders add the FM+ Battery Adaptor.

Important: Gen2 40V batteries are not compatible with the MAX+. The MAX runs 40V architecture and the MAX+ runs 43V, so the two cannot share batteries or chargers.

The Assist MAX+

The MAX+ is the Gen2.5 replacement for the Assist MAX. Same compact, balanced package, with the power and electronics of the Fusion behind it.
