Michael P. I've been having a blast with this wing! The new materials and construction makes for an incredibly rigid, powerful, and fast wing. I prefer to ride strapless and almost exclusively in the surf, so having a wing that makes waterstarts easy when you need to get up quickly is critical.
The Halo PRO 2 makes waterstarts SUPER easy, with loads of powerful forward drive. Every pump of the wing feels like a speed boost. The stability of the wing is next level, too. Even in gusty, offshore ocean conditions, the Halo PRO 2 stays locked in, driving upwind easily or flagging out on the waves with grace.
The ergonomic boom prevents arm fatigue and gives me a mechanical advantage over the angle of attack, allowing me to extend my sessions longer before getting tired. The added pistol grip at the front also allows me to surf smaller swell without grabbing the leading edge handle, so I can get back into the power of the wing quickly via instant access to the boom.
It's powerful and smooth. It's stable and predictable. This is my new go-to wing for sure.

Marks This wing is awesome! Low end is incredible. I rode the 6m in sub 12mph pretty easily. The high end is even better. I could hold down the 6m no problem in 23mph and put up the biggest jumps of my life. The hangtime was pretty great and the boom angle made sheeting in for jumps super easy. The white Aluula and Exo LT construction make this wing super light and rigid. That really does translate to a better riding experience in both light and strong winds. Even with the high end construction, I would say that riders of any skill level could use this wing with no issues. This fun factor on this wing is insane, CORE did it again!
