My mother in law rides a 144 and loves this board. I've ridden it in a 135 and thought it was great for upwinding. I have friends who swear by this board for Big Air. I find it holds an edge really well. It's slightly less playful and forgiving then their choice board but overall a great option.
This is the best board ever made hands down. It is super playful so it’s a lot of fun to ride but still stiff enough to jump really well on. Whenever I can get this from the rental shop it is my first choice. It just feels so solid under your feet.
This board tracks upwind effortlessly, holds an edge with confidence, and lands surprisingly soft, even after big boosts. It feels fast, responsive, and playful without ever becoming unforgiving.
If you want one board that can handle freeride, big air, and the occasional freestyle session, the Fusion 7 is an outstanding choice. It’s easily one of the most versatile and confidence-inspiring twin tips I’ve ridden.
I have been teaching on this board recently and really successful with Begginer rides extending rides and perfecting the upwind. Have also been jumping on this it’s good and flexible!
This is the all around board for me it’s not as agressive as the choice but allows me to still get that pop and hard edge when looking to jump. Even in light wind conditions I’m still grabbing this board in a larger size because they keep the rocker and it doesn’t feel like a flat door slapping the water
