Foils experience extreme torsional and bending loads, which is why we've crafted the UHA from premium pre-preg Toray high modulus carbon fiber. It results in an ultra-strong, stiff, and lightweight foil that performs exceptionally. When combined with our industry-leading manufacturing quality, the consistency of this material and construction choice makes for the very best in performance and durability.
The A+ System joins the mast, fuselage, front foil and stabilizer with a hexagonal tapered fit to the front foil, creating an incredibly strong and torsional rigid connection. Paired with premium titanium and stainless-steel hardware, corrosion is minimised, and the finish remains reliable and clean. The entire system is engineered for long-term fit, strength, and performance.

No. The UHA is a new line and will not replace the existing HA series.
Yes, it is compatible. The alloy 72 mast is stiff and handles the load of the UHA 1270 well. The main trade-offs compared to the Performance masts are weight and drag efficiency rather than strength.
If you want to fully optimise the glide, response, and efficiency of the UHA range, the Performance 725 or 795 masts will provide a more refined feel thanks to their carbon construction and optimized section.
For the fuselage, the standard setup is structurally suitable. Just ensure correct hardware and proper torque.
If an 81kg rider enjoys the turning performance of the HA 980 but wants more efficiency, the UHA 870 is the closest match.
If they're looking for more glide, more lift, and improved performance in lighter wind, the UHA 970 would be the better option.
For the UHA, think light wind down to around 5-6 knots.
In stronger winds, the MA series is recommended for more control and playfulness.
It depends on riding style.
Advanced riders often prefer MA for maximum control when turning and pushing speed, HA for glide with good turning and pumping in softer conditions, and UHA for long, efficient glides with minimal effort.
