Our obsession with booties means the lightest, best-performing boot on the market has stepped up several notches for Fall 2018, featuring improved board feel, grip, flexibility, comfort, and durability. How'd we make the world's best boot even better?
1. Our natural rubber sole pods are made with a softer, tackier, more flexible compound for improved traction both on a board and on slippery rocks.
2. Our heat-moldable Thermo Foam has also been updated with a softer, more comfortable formula which stays soft in colder temps.
3. We have completely redesigned our velcro ankle strap, co-molding the textile strap to the rubber sole and introducing a flexible, durable Tatex-coated hook strap for a stronger hold.

Recommended Water Temps: 50-60F

Sizing Tip: Order your regular shoe size or 1/2 size down. For example, if you are a size 10.5, order a 10. Women should order 1-1.5 sizes lower to convert from Men's sizing. So if you are a Women's 8, order a Men's 7. If you are a Women's 8.5, also order a Men's 7.

Added review info since my first review in December.

I’ve now worn the 6mm in water down to the upper 40’s. The 6mm’s have the same fit and performance as the 3mm and I barely notice a difference other than the additional warmth. I did finally try the 6mm with the included sock and think it’s worthless. My feet felt like there was more water in the boot and they actually got cold with the sock.
I also did a day to day, head to head challenge and went back to my 5mm major brand boot for a side by side test. I didn’t want the Solite’s to be that much better, but I must admit they are far superior and I won’t go back to my other boots. The fit is superior, and my “other” boots felt full of water compared to the Solite’s. The ankle on the Solite’s is also taller and a better fit, keeping water from entering. The difference was immediately apparent.

Incredible fit

I’ve been wearing these boots for a couple weeks. I’m impressed with their overall fit, comfort and performance. They are really light and have great board feel. Other than the added grip of a boot, I feel barefoot. I've worn the 3mm down to lower 50's and haven't had any issues with cold feet.

I’m a size 8.5 or 9 in most shoes. I can purchase any pair of Vans and know that the 9 will fit perfect. I bought the 8, heat molded them immediately and have found that they fit me perfect. I have high arches and they molded well to my arch. They do fit snug so cut your toenails…

These boots are a challenge to get on with the fitted cuff but just recently, I had a wipeout where the leg of my suit blew up to my calf. The boots fit so well that no water entered the boot. I’ll take that challenge in exchange for a great fit and no water entry. The pull strap on the heel does help.

Overall, these are a great boot and certainly the best fitting boots I’ve every worn.
