From F-One

Crafted for riders who demand the very best, the new UHM Carbon Mast 12 by F-ONE is designed with the ultimate glide and performance in mind.

  • Ultra-thin 12 mm profile
  • Maximum glide and speed
  • Increased rigidity for a direct feel and total control
  • Ultra High Modulus (UHM) Carbon layup
  • Optimized SPINE technology
  • TITAN 2 connection for improved structural efficiency, offering better glide and more direct feel

This mast features an ultra-slim profile with a tapered chord and thickness, slightly wider at the top and narrowing toward the fuselage. With just 12 mm at its thinnest point, the design maximizes glide and speed across all disciplines. It helps riders go faster during downwind runs, boost higher in tricks, and reach new top speeds while wing foiling or kite foiling.

The custom UHM Carbon layup makes this mast 25% stiffer in bending than the HM Carbon 14 mast, delivering exceptional rigidity and precise control in both bending and torsion. The result is excellent maneuverability, a direct feel, and top-tier performance.

Molded and cured in a single shot from carbon pre-preg, the one-piece construction integrates our optimized SPINE internal structure to enhance rigidity, efficiency, and control, especially through turns. This advanced build delivers a new level of stiffness, precision, and responsiveness.

This mast features our new top plate and updated TITAN 2 mast foot. The redesigned top plate works with lockable T-nuts and includes the keyhole-shaped "Quick-Attach System" for faster assembly. It connects with most boards using the Twin-Tracks system and is compatible with all front wings featuring the TITAN 2 connection.

Available in 80, 85, and 95 cm, the UHM Carbon Mast 12 is ideal for riders seeking maximum glide and speed, whether downwinding or pushing performance in any foiling discipline.

Specs
  • PRE PREG TECHNOLOGY
    • Pre-preg makes the foils stiffer and stronger. With pre-preg fabrics, the carbon fiber is directly impregnated with epoxy resin by its manufacturer. This guarantees a perfect ratio between epoxy and carbon and represents the highest quality process. It is then cured at high temperature, bringing strength and durability.
  • SPINE TECHNOLOGY
    • SPINE internal structure ensures the best rigidity and control while riding.
  • Dynamic Structural Design
    • Recognizing that the structural design (construction) of a foil is as critical as its geometrical design (shape), F-ONE applies its Dynamic Structural Design to transform foil performance by tailoring the carbon fiber layup to each foil's specific program and use.
  • ULTRA HIGH MODULUS (UHM) CARBON
    • Our UHM Carbon fiber layup helps you reach the next level in terms of rigidity, precision, instant feedback, and control, giving you the edge you need for superior performance. Incorporated on select foils, it is the perfect choice for those who demand the best.

Titan 2 Connection

The TITAN 2 connection introduces a revised design to deliver even greater efficiency, rigidity, and reliability at the critical junction between the mast and foil.

Building on the compact, stiff, easy-to-assemble format that made the original TITAN so effective, the TITAN 2 now uses only two M8 screws and benefits from a reinforced structural connection. The result is improved precision and responsiveness, all while maintaining excellent hydrodynamic performance.

Riders will therefore benefit from a more direct feel underfoot, improved pumping, and a stronger connection to the foil in all conditions. This added stiffness also allows riders to stand higher on the mast, which helps reduce drag and optimize glide.

Package Includes:
  • Front Wing
  • Cover
  • Mounting Hardware

Note: TITAN 2 connection is not backwards compatible with 2025 and older F-One foils and masts.

F-One Wing Foil Session – Seriously impressed!

Just got off the water after a wing foil session at REAL in the Watermen’s Foil Garden. Southwest wind averaging around 23 mph—great conditions.
I rode a full F-One setup: Rocket Free Surf Foilboard (71L), V6 Quad X 4M wing, UHM Carbon 85cm mast (12mm), SK8 HM Carbon 850 front wing, and XS 138 carving tail.
This entire kit blew me away.
The board rode much smaller than its volume suggests, but still had plenty of float to get up and going. Once on foil, it felt even lighter, with minimal swing weight and really nice balance.
The foil setup was fast, responsive, and super efficient—tons of glide with high-end turning performance.
The Quad X wing delivered great power and stability while still feeling responsive. I loved the boom setup, though I did miss having a window—could be a drawback in more crowded spots.
For context, I’m an experienced foiler (~160 lbs), typically riding Armstrong gear in the 45–65L midlength board range, so the 71L was a bit outside my norm. That said, I’d absolutely ride this board again—especially for ocean sessions or parawinging. It offers a super stable platform to get started, then really comes alive once you’re on foil.
It’s been a while since I’ve spent time on other gear, and I’m stoked to see this setup available in the REAL rental shop. I wouldn’t hesitate to grab it again for any session—sound, ocean, surf, or downwind.
