Here are some updates for what you’ll see between now and opening day on May 16th:

REAL Watersports

REAL has stayed open throughout this period for phone and online orders, as well as curbside pickup. REAL has been shipping worldwide daily and will continue to do so. Our hours of operation for sales and customer service are 9am to 8pm M-F and 9am-6pm S-S.

Beginning Saturday, May 16th, we will be open for in-store shopping 10am-6pm. Customers will be required to wear a cloth face covering and sanitize their hands at entry. We will also be wearing face coverings, sanitizing our hands, and regularly sanitizing all surfaces. Patron numbers may be limited to ensure safe social distancing.

In the event you do not have a cloth face covering or would prefer to not enter the shop, we will continue to offer curbside pickup for orders placed online at REALwatersports.com or by phone 252-987-6000. You can even order a cloth face covering delivered to your car so you can come inside and shop👍🏽.

REAL Lesson Center

The REAL Lesson Center is geared up for the 2020 season with all new gear, certified coaches and the best conditions on the planet. Starting May 16th, we’ll be teaching kiteboarding, surfing and foiling lessons and camps, as well as offering jet ski tours in the Pamlico Sound.

For our regular visitors, you’ll notice changes to our programs and facilities to ensure your safety during your instructional experience. Cloth face coverings and sanitizing hands at entry are required for both coaches and students when using our classroom and lesson center indoor spaces. Coaches Lineup and Student Meet and Greet will now be performed outside to provide safe social distancing. Each and every process from gear rental to jet ski operation has been thought through to provide the safest experience possible.

The conditions this spring have been all time, with non-stop wind and waves daily. We’re looking forward to having all our students back in the water to enjoy their watertime with us!
