This harness is in good condition. Spreader bar in good condition with minor cosmetic scratches in plastic. Minor wear on hook. Minor wear on spreader bar adjustment tabs. Minor indents in the foam and two small tears on bottom side foam. Ratchet system in good condition with cosmetic scratching on top left side ratchet. Velcro in good condition. Back padding in good condition. Back plate in good condition with minor cosmetic scratching and scuffing throughout and faded sharpie markings on sticker. Minor cosmetic fraying on bottom seam. Side elastic in good condition. Leash rope in good condition.
