A 2 sided coin

On one hand this pad feels great under your feet and offers more grip than any other pad I've ever used. On the other hand, as a 6'2 surfer who rides a lot of boards in the 5'11 to 6'0 range my knees and shins often rest on the pad when paddling and this pad was so rigid that it rubbed actual holes in my leg from the aggressive tread on the pad. It absolutely does it's job in regards to giving you grip and traction.
