This wing cover is in great condition, the Velcro is in great condition and operational, the zipper is in great condition and fully operational. The front of cover has minor staining and minor sticker residue from previous price tag. This cover does not have a size on the bag but the dims are as follows the length of cover is 30 ", front of wing portion of bag is 26.5 " and width of tail of cover is 17.5 "
