Excellent Hold For Tricks

I was looking for a wax that would give me that extra hold I needed when attempting more radical maneuvers and found it in super sticky. The wax feels like glue under foot, providing amazing hold through tight turns, tail release, and attempted airs. My first use was during the ECSC in non ideal conditions. It helped me set up turns and maneuvers that were otherwise not possible in small and weaker surf. One consideration is that some surf shirts will slip on the wax. I found the competition jerseys did not engage with Super Sticky so I had to keep mindful of my paddle balance point (which may have been true with all wax). Highly recommend if you need maximum hold.
