Surfers around the world have a problem with lacklustre waves and Channel Islands has the Solution. FCS teamed up with CI to produce a Quad Rear Set for the Channel Islands Solution model.
The Channel Islands Solution PC Quad Rear Set is designed by Britt Merrick and is based off the popular CI Upright template, built to pair seamlessly with the upright CI side fins. This rear set delivers a fast, responsive quad setup with a focus on speed, control, and tight, pivot-driven turns.
Featuring a neutral-raked template and refined 80/20 foil, these fins provide a balanced feel underfoot, offering stability and hold through critical sections while still allowing for quick release and direction changes. Developed in collaboration with Channel Islands Surfboards, the Solution Quad Rears excel in punchy, hollow waves where speed and responsiveness are essential.

Template

Built for speed, control, and tight directional surfing. This template is derived from the CI Upright design, featuring a more vertical outline and neutral rake to promote fast direction changes and pivot surfing, while maintaining enough hold for powerful turns.
Material
Performance Core (PC) fins are made using a multi-layered resin transfer moulding process. The flex pattern in PC fins extends progressively from the base through to the tip, helping the surfer maintain drive and hold through a turn. This versatile fin material is light and can be used in a variety of different conditions.
