Always improving, always streamlining – that’s how our best products are crafted, and our latest upgrades to the Stealth are no exception. As our most lightweight harness to date, the Stealth weighs in at just 900g (or 1,98lb) which is 37% lighter than the previous model. All this is due to the Stealth’s shape and padding, which is now built in 3D, giving us a minimal yet smooth grip all around. Freedom of movement is optimized by removing height from the sides, which also reduces the pressure points when riding. The Battlebelt is now thinner and half the thickness of what it used to be, saving on weight and minimizing friction. To round it off, the Stealth features our new Flexcover storage system with an integrated safety knife pocket.

    • The Bionic Core Frame is stiff in the horizontal direction, but is still able to twist and follow your body. The carbon composite enhances the stiffness for the most extreme conditions.
  • Non-water absorbing Flexagon Drytech
    • The Flexagon Drytech sticks to your waist like superglue and keeps the harness in place during your entire session. It's non-water absorbing, which gives it an extra light feel.
  • Flexcovers with locking mechanism
    • Once you've adjusted your webbing, get the straps out of your way with the new Flexcovers. These Flexcovers have got a locking mechanism to make sure the webbing stays tucked away.
  • Integrated safety knife side pocket
    • The flexcover is designed to store your excessive webbing, which would otherwise flap about during your session. Behind the cover there is a hidden knife pocket to get you out of any gnarly situation.
  • Adaptive leash eye 2.0 included
    • Safety first! With the adaptive leash eye you can attach your safety leash to the front webbing of your harness, which is the safest position since it is always within reach when things go south.

Smaller profile and big support

The smaller profile makes for a lightweight harness yet still provides loads of comfort and support. I really enjoy the new slimmer Velcro straps to secure the harness in place and allow for easy adjustability to set the harness where you would like it. Helps to keep the lumbar support right where it belongs.

Set it and forget it

This rendition of the Mystic Stealth is by far an improvement. I’m really enjoying the minimalist design of the harness. The only hard shells I have ever ridden were ride engine and I’m now realizing I like less foam on my harness than more. It truly gives you a more direct feel to the kite. This is also the first time I’ve ever had a session where I didn’t have to mess with my harness one time. I actually didn’t even think about my harness while I was out there which is great!

I weigh 215 and have a size 36 waist. I wore an XL over my 4/3 and it was sized perfectly.

Slimmer back plate and cleaner design

Iv rode the mystic stealth since they came out and this is a great improvement from the previous model.

The back plate is a little shorter providing better mobility.

The strap enclosure system is much cleaner keeping any loose straps out of the way.

The foam on the inside of the harness is much less abrasive as the previous model making it more comfortable especially when riding bare back.

Iv also noticed that the slimmed down Velcro belt does not come undone at all which the previous model would sometimes

Personally I love the minimalist design and the more rigid foam it feels like the kite is connected directly to your body you get a lot more feed back into the harness then many of the super plush soft foam harnesses on the market. If you want something a bit more plush the majestic harness from mystic is a great choice.

I’m 5’10” 160lbs 31” waist and ride size small with the 240mm spreader bar.

So light and so comfortable

This harness is amazing! Feels like I am wearing nothing at all but still so supportive. It doesn’t ride up at all. I am 5’10” 150lbs and I like the size small with the 280mm spreader bar. I can’t say enough about this harness. The most comfortable harness I have ever worn. Plus the fact that is doesn’t absorb water keeps it light and also makes it great to travel with. I come from a surfing background and only ride strapless in the waves so it has always been important to me to have a harness that allows me to move freely when kitesurfing. This is that harness!

Amazing upgrade to the 2024 Mystic Stealth

The new mystic is definitely a better fit, lighter and more comfortable, no sacrifice on performance. The rope slider is stronger, stiffer and seems to be less stretchy but time will tell. I find the inner Velcro battle belt is not as good. Because they tapered the ends, it’s more difficult to pull it as tight as the preceding model. A finger tab sewn in could help on the right side flap
