from 2050 reviewsHaven’t had one problem with them still wear them basically every session. Easy to get on and off. Great drainage holes stop me from having elephant feet after session
Absolutely love these so comfy and don’t give me blisters like other booties. Best part is they are easy to get on and off. The drain holes in side are elite so I’m not walking around with elephant feet after every session
This is the all around board for me it’s not as agressive as the choice but allows me to still get that pop and hard edge when looking to jump. Even in light wind conditions I’m still grabbing this board in a larger size because they keep the rocker and it doesn’t feel like a flat door slapping the water
Super solid rocker on this board able to sit my back seat and edge against the kite in over powered conditions. Really love the snap this board gives me on the take offs as well as the soft landings with the concave bottom shape
This kite is basically my go to for most days. It has the ability to do some freestyle and boosting but also is solid in the surf and under powered condition. Just a solid all rounder for anyone getting into kiteboarding
Used it in about 22 mph. It had a crazy amount of loft and pull. Only thing I wasn’t used to was the amount of speed I was landing with as it sat further in the wind window then the xr I’m used to riding
The full boom is a really nice upgrade and easy to install on the XPS Mkii wings. Just get the right size from the size chart. It comes with a nice bag as well so you can store your wing with the full boom installed at all times.
The XPS Mkii is my go to wing. I use a 4m and 6m the most in OBX. The pistol grip is nice and I also like adding on the full boom. Its an easy upgrade.
The 7m and 8m XPS wings pack a lot of power and push what is possible when foiling in light wind. Really nice design and construction from Armstrong.
I really like the Dreamstick X bar for its reliability, quality, and customization. The auto untwist works really well too. I definitely recommend.
I flew the 15m Whisper Models in light wind conditions just freeriding around on the the twin tip and it is like a whole new sport being able to progress with tricks in lighter winds. The Whisper in a 15m for me is a key!
The Vandal Pro is a very well made and ultra comfortable helmet. The spin dial adjustment makes it very easy to quickly tighten or loosen. I put it on and forget it's there. I also love the wide range of color options!
The description is in the name. The Ride Engine Lyte Hyperlock Harness is super light, softer and more forgiving than its brother the Elite Carbon Type 2 Hyperlock Harness. While both are great, the SL has fewer pressure points and provides great comfort on longer sessions. I also like the ease of on-the-water adjustments it provides.
As a beginner, I've been cycling through harness types to find the "one for me". Coming from a winter sports background I really enjoyed the snowboard binding style quick adjustment capabilities of the Ride Engine Hyperlock 2. I'm able to keep the kite at 12, lean back and easily crank it a few notches tighter. I'm also able to crank the bottom straps down a little tighter to ease the compression on my ribs. For my body type- 6'4" 165lbs with a long torso- this harness fit great and offers the needed grip and padding that prevents it from sliding up too high.
Can't believe how good this suit is for the price - Feels, fits and surf like a much more expensive suit.
Surfed 3 hours in this suit today in 57deg paired with 3mm booties. Suit is warm, flexible and checks all the boxes of a good wetsuit. Love the ankle strainer - no issue with water filling up around my leash or legs.
The fit is small - I'm typically a MS and in this suit the M is right for me.
I'm 5'8", 160lbs
