The power delivery is smoother than in the Pro version. Our long-proven specialty Dacron remains low-stretch under extreme loads and achieves exceptional tear resistance. On the water, you'll feel the benefits of easier upwind performance, explosive lift, and defined turning behavior.
While the Leading Edge is made from ExoTex 2, the struts use ExoTex Light with a modified radial fiber reinforcement pattern – saving weight, optimizing turning, and enhancing drift.

Extremely low-stretch and at the same time very robust, the exclusive CORE flying cloth optimally supports the properties targeted for the XR Pro with linear power delivery, high flight stability and outstanding control. The special coating ensures extremely good tear resistance, tear propagation resistance and offers very good UV protection.
FIXED BRIDLE
OPTIMALLY SUPPORTED ARCH, PRECISELY CONTROLLABLE
For maximum performance, we've equipped the Pace with a fixed bridle. With 14 points supporting the bow of the kite, even thinner leading edge diameters can be constructed and the position in the wind window can be influenced more. The Pace hangs more firmly on the front lines and unfolds its performance especially through the now very common pre-pop jumping technique. Its loops are consistently smooth without acceleration, and you can precisely control the kiteloop’s radius to your preferences.

With its fixed bridle, we were able to design the Pace to be even more stretched than the XR Pro. In its special combination of High Aspect Ratio and three struts, we have managed to combine two characteristics that actually contradict each other: on the one hand, absolute top performance in terms of jump height, hangtime and flight stability and on the other hand, fast looping and safe catching.

Really impressed with the Pace! This kite does everything well.
I have been riding the 10m in conditions from light to overpowered, and it can boost and loop like a beast. This kite is not as "sheet-in and go" as the XR, but really likes to be actively flown, with decent bar pressure and great feedback. What really impressed me was its performance on foil, and surf downwinders, it drifts excellent for such a boosty kite. I found that with a 10m I can foil in light wind (11+mph), surf kite in the high teens, and throw powered loops when above 20 mph. This is my one-kite quiver!

As a more advanced rider, I have enjoyed major progress recently making bigger kiteloops in heavier wind. The new Core Pace ExoTex is designed with quick loop recovery in mind and has allowed me to feel more comfortable and confident that the kite WILL catch me after a big loop.

3-strut jumpers are my personal favorite type of kite and this might just be my favorite one on the market right now. The Pace ExoTex delivers big time air with surprisingly good hangtime and catch from a 3-strut. Pulling in the bar you really notice how much the kite flattens out to deliver big lift, and the fixed bridles give good bar feedback and responsiveness while in the air. I found that I had to be very engaged with this kite while flying it in high winds, it is very responsive so you need to be confident and purposeful about your inputs on those stronger wind days. I would say that this kite does have an approachability to it for more novice riders that is lacking in other 3-strut performance jumping kites like the Reedin HyperModel Brainchild. But I do think that if you are a more novice kiter who is just starting jumps and working on landing softly, then you might be better off with the Core XR since its slower movements and wider canopy make jumping and soft landings easier. Between the ExoTex and Pro models, the Pro is noticeably more boosty and reactive for that extra little bit of performance. However I have never once flown the ExoTex and been disappointed with its performance. If you are an intermediate to advanced rider who is already throwing big jumps and/or starting to loop, the the Core Pace ExoTex is a must fly.

I've been loving the new PACE ExoTex. Massive boosts, fat loops, excellent hangtime, soft landings and predictable movement. All without sacrificing wave and foil performance either. I'm impressed and I think most riders will be.
It's not just a pro-level kite either, it is fantastic for all levels with the highly-predictable and agile movement. Combine this with its powerful delivery, easy upwind riding, and effortless relaunch and the PACE proves to be an excellent option for all skill levels and riding styles.
