As our most lightweight harness to date, the Stealth weighs in at just 900g (or 1,98lb) which is 37% lighter than the previous model. All this is due to the Stealth's shape and padding, which is now built in 3D, giving us a minimal yet smooth grip all around. Freedom of movement is optimized by removing height from the sides, which also reduces the pressure points when riding. The Battlebelt is now thinner and half the thickness of what it used to be, saving on weight and minimizing friction. To round it off, the Stealth features our new Flexcover storage system with an integrated safety knife pocket.

Bionic Core Frame

The Bionic Core Frame is stiff in the horizontal direction, but is still able to twist and follow your body. The carbon composite enhances the stiffness for the most extreme conditions.

Non-water absorbing Flexagon Drytech

The Flexagon Drytech sticks to your waist like superglue and keeps the harness in place during your entire session. It's non-water absorbing, which gives it an extra light feel.

Flexcovers with locking mechanism

Once you've adjusted your webbing, get the straps out of your way with the new Flexcovers. These Flexcovers have got a locking mechanism to make sure the webbing stays tucked away.

Integrated safety knife side pocket

The flexcover is designed to store your excessive webbing, which would otherwise flap about during your session. Behind the cover there is a hidden knife pocket to get you out of any gnarly situation.

Adaptive leash eye 2.0 included

Safety first! With the adaptive leash eye you can attach your safety leash to the front webbing of your harness, which is the safest position since it is always within reach when things go south.

Good but not ideal.

As a woman, I have yet to use a harness that fits me properly, and the Mystic Stealth is no exception. Of the options in the rental shop, this is the harness I reach for most often. It has good back support and a more comfortable fit than most. However, even with the XS I cannot get this harness to sit properly in between my ribs and hips, causing it to perpetually ride up which makes for not the most comfortable riding experience. I will continue to use this board until the rental shop (hopefully!) expands their selection to include harnesses of this quality built for women, or I invest in one of my own.

Good harness but uncomfy as a girl rider

In terms of harnesses in general, this one is pretty solid. HOWEVER, as a girl rider, this harness is not the most comfortable. You can definitely feel that this harness was designed for men (boxy with no adjustment for hips/waist) which allows the harness to ride up more and not seat properly. While this harness is awesome for men, I would steer girl riders away from this for the most part.

My go to Harness

This harness is great. I'm 5'8" 135lbs with a size 30 waist and I wear an extra small. This harness grips almost a little too well. If I wear it without a shirt or wetsuit it does rash my ribs up pretty bad but all that grip leads to very little ride up. As these harnesses wear in, the spreader bar can start to flip up into your chest a bit but not too bad. If you are a beginner it is worth noting that this does not have a leash attachment point or handle of any kind along the back which will make it difficult for friends or instructors to hold you down while launching and landing.

Great Harness

This year's stealth harness is fantastic. It was super comfortable and fairly easy to get adjusted to the perfect fit. Once I had it all snugged down and everything too I never had to mess with it again. I really like the tapered ends on the velcro, and the slimmer profile made it feel like like such a direct connection with my kite. Didn't have any issues with the harness sliding around or twisting either which is fantastic. All around really solid harness I would recommend for just about any windsports discipline.

Smaller profile and big support

The smaller profile makes for a lightweight harness yet still provides loads of comfort and support. I really enjoy the new slimmer Velcro straps to secure the harness in place and allow for easy adjustability to set the harness where you would like it. Helps to keep the lumbar support right where it belongs.
