REAL Watersports is proud to introduce our new Parawing Lessons, adding to our kite, wing, efoil, foil drive, and surf foil programs.  

REAL is the ultimate destination for learning Parawinging: 

• Learn the basics of foiling and Parawing control with REAL Coaches. 
• Enjoy total access to the largest selection of parawing and foil gear known to mankind. 
• Easily set up ocean downwinders of any length with the assistance of a REAL Pro Coach. 
• Enjoy optimal wind and ocean conditions just a few hundred yards offshore. 
• Navigate straight-forward routes without the need for complex landscape knowledge. 
• Exit the ocean easily if conditions change. 
• Experience clean ocean conditions with Southwest winds. 
• Navigate small summer surf safely. 
• Accessible beach ramps every few miles for easy monitoring of conditions. 
• Connect with our team at REAL for expert foil and gear guidance anytime. 

• Previous foiling experience (tow, surf, wake, wing, kite, efoil, Foil Drive) is required.  

• How to fly the Parawing: Learn the basics of flying the wing on land, packing and stowing before hitting the water. 
• On-Water Skills: Start by using the board, foil, and parawing, then progress to glides and unassisted rides.  
• Skill Progression: Focus on pumping skills, stowing and packing the parawing, linking waves, bumps, staying and going upwind, and other techniques to advance your time on foil and improve your ocean foiling.  

Private Lessons ($600/half day, $1200/full day): 
Receive one-on-one coaching with personalized feedback. Our Jet Ski "On the Fly" system ensures quick learning and More Time on Foil in the flat waters of Pamlico Sound.  For advanced riders, your REAL Coach will take you to the ocean side, guide a downwinder and/or teach you to parawing foil in ocean swell. 

Semi-Private Lessons ($450 per person/half day, $900 per person/full day):  
Ideal for pairs with similar skill levels and weight (within 40 lbs. of each other). Learn together, benefit from shared experiences, get More Time on Foil, and personalized coaching.
