PO Boxes

Small items only, standard shipping. Boards, oversized gear, and expedited services can't be delivered to a PO Box.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a confirmation email immediately after placing your order with a link to your live order status page. We email again with your tracking number the moment your order is ready to ship.
When will my order ship?
In stock express orders placed weekdays before 12pm ET ship the same day. Express orders after noon or on weekends ship the next business day.
Why isn't my tracking number working?
Tracking numbers are generated when your order is processed, but allow up to 48 hours for the number to activate in the carrier's system.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Every REAL shipment is covered against transit damage. Take photos of the packaging and product, then email realpro@realwatersports.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll handle the rest.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Select “Request Shipping Quote” during checkout — we'll confirm the rate for your destination before processing your order. Import duties are the customer's responsibility.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Small items only, standard shipping only. Larger items and expedited services can't be delivered to a PO Box.
What is Airport Self-Pickup?
A more affordable option for boards and oversized gear — you pick up your order at the destination airport's cargo area. We ship Airport Self-Pickup orders every two weeks.
Can I require a signature on delivery?
Yes — within 1 hour of placing your order, email realpro@realwatersports.com with your order number and request signature-required delivery.
