All orders over $99, shipped within the continental United States. (excludes kitesurf boards, surfboards and standup paddleboards)

FedEx Ground:
FedEX is the most reliable shipping resource. FedEX Ground shipments are insured for the price of the purchase, have live tracking information, and take 2-4 business days for the East Coast and 4-6 business days for the West Coast.

FedEx Express Saver, 2nd Day, & Overnight:
FedEx Express services are guaranteed delivery in 3 business days for Express Saver, 2 business days for 2nd Day, and 1 business day for Overnight. All orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time of placing your order.

FedEx Ground Surfboard Shipping Rates:
All kitesurf boards, surfboards and standup paddleboards, regardless of size, ship anywhere in the continental United States for $69.99 via Fed Ex Ground or Ground Freight Carrier.
Orders of two (2) or more kitesurf boards, surfboards or standup paddleboards qualify for FREE Ground Shipping anywhere in the continental United States.
*Please allow 5–9 business days for delivery. Expedited Shipping Available.

International or Express Shipping:
Please call 866.REAL.548 or email shipping@realwatersports.com. Please indicate what you will be ordering and provide a complete shipping address so we can supply you with an accurate shipping quote.
*For international orders the customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes their country may charge.

For Shipping Quotes on all other products online follow these instructions to use the REAL Shipping Estimator.

-Go to My Cart and Use the Shipping Estimator in My Cart.
-The Shipping Estimator will give you a shipping quote for the products you selected and the different shipping methods.

Track Your Order:
Our shipping and freight partners will email your tracking number directly to the email address supplied in your order. Therefore it is important that you supply an email address that is accurate and that you check regularly. This tracking number is not generated until the order is processed and leaves our building. You can expect your tracking number to be emailed to you within 24 hours AFTER your order leaves REAL.
