from 2109 reviewsAfter a few sessions on this bar I’ve been really impressed. The auto unwind works flawlessly as always with core bars, the grips are much higher quality and seem to be more durable than previous years especially the sensor 3, and it is noticeably lighter than previous bars
this board can hold a ton of power when riding into boosts. The landings are also super soft.
This is a great option if you’re looking for a board that can do everything you need in light wind without limiting yourself on windier days, the larger sizes go upwind, jump, transition, and water-start even up to the 154 and 152.
This kite makes flying a 15 or 17 fun again, I’ve had student loving this kite whether they are working on first rides or dialing in jumps. I prefer the Dacron over the aluula simply because I find the Dacron relaunches a little bit easier.
Jumps great, light weight, turns fast, soft landings!
Slingshot really did a good job with the V3 bar. The new smaller chicken loop is nice upgrade too. Five stars.
It really is everything you could want out of a bar. Nice reliable saftey system too.
The lift x is a true hybrid between a foil assist set up and efoil. Not completely either but a rippable contender. Ive ridden the lift 4 and 5 gens and have yet to feel like I left the session jonesing for more. It has the power of a dedicated efoil yet feels lively underfoot like a foil assist setup. Although it can glide without the motor you definitely still notice the drag but its no where as bad as letting the trigger off of a standard efoil where you just nosedive. So its fun playing on a bump if there is plenty of energy in it. All and all the most fun I've had on an efoil.
Cons: Its definitely not a beginner setup but that was the whole point of this. Requires more of a surf style pop up as opposed to a standard wingfoil or efoil one knee and stand up movement.
If you are an avid efoiler and want a high performance setup and possibly play around a little on moving bumps without going full assist then this is for you.
The North Standard Kite Leash is one of those pieces of gear you don’t think about much—until you use a bad one and realize how good this actually is. It feels solid, compact, and purpose-built without any unnecessary bulk getting in the way while riding.
The quick-release handle has a really grippy TPU feel, making it easy to find and trust even in sketchy situations. The release action is smooth and consistent, and reloading it is straightforward once you get used to it. Everything about it feels secure and well engineered.
You may be thinking training wheels are not what you want but if you are an efoiler then the blowfish is a huge bonus on multiple accounts. First it helps massively with taxi stability for anyone with hip mobility issues or just general balance challenges such as little kids or the elderly. It makes getting to your feet a breeze for taxi practice. Second it helps in choppy conditions when getting to your feet may be more of a challenge for begginners. Third it is a great addition to throw on your board yo size up volume if you are going to teach your buddy or loved one how to efoil without needing 2 different sized boards. Long story short if you have balance or flexibility challenges or want a smaller more playful board size for yourself but still want to use your set up to teach friends then the blowfish is for you.
The cons, it adds weight while carrying the board or at flight and suction/drag while at taxi.
The CORE Union Pro 5 straps are easily the most comfortable bindings I’ve ridden. The footbeds provide excellent cushioning without feeling too soft, giving you a secure, connected feel to the board while still soaking up hard landings.
The adjustability is outstanding, making it easy to dial in the perfect fit whether you’re riding barefoot or with booties. Once they’re set up, your feet stay locked in with no pressure points or unwanted movement.
The Manera Seafarer Shorty Hybrid FZ 3/2 has quickly become one of my favorite warm-water wetsuits. It’s incredibly comfortable, with a flexible neoprene that never feels restrictive whether I’m kiteboarding, surfing, or foiling.
The fit is excellent, and the front-zip design makes it easy to get on and off while doing a great job of keeping water from flushing through the suit. The 3/2 thickness provides just the right amount of warmth for those cooler spring and fall sessions without overheating once the sun comes out.
What I appreciate most is how well it balances warmth, flexibility, and durability. The construction feels high quality, the seams are solid, and after plenty of sessions it still looks and performs like new.
If you’re looking for a premium shorty that’s comfortable enough for all-day sessions and built to last, the Seafarer Hybrid is an easy recommendation.
This board tracks upwind effortlessly, holds an edge with confidence, and lands surprisingly soft, even after big boosts. It feels fast, responsive, and playful without ever becoming unforgiving.
If you want one board that can handle freeride, big air, and the occasional freestyle session, the Fusion 7 is an outstanding choice. It’s easily one of the most versatile and confidence-inspiring twin tips I’ve ridden.

The super model is such an amazing kite. I had the most fun session in a while on it today. This kite loops so well and will catch you so well if you loop it well. It is super lofty but if you don’t loop it you will drop like a rock. If you use it right it is the most fun kite out there.
