Following in the footsteps of the hugely popular Rusty Desert Island, Moby Fish and Catfish, is the new Rusty Big Cat, now available in Tuflite construction.

The Big Cat is similar to the Rusty Desert Island, which has a worldwide cult following, except the Big Cat is tuned to be a better performer in small to medium every day conditions. Rusty accomplished this through a wider, flatter nose as well as a wider swallowtail design with double concave bottom shape.

This board is perfect for larger surfers looking for every day shortboard performance, or for any size, less experienced surfers looking to skip longboards all-together. If you surf larger longboards most of the time and want a good “step up” board for the when the good swells hit, the Big Cat will also fit that hole in your quiver with a nice level of performance while maintaining your wave count.
