    REAL Watersports celebrated our 8th year anniversary this past weekend aboard the Crystal Dawn with Dub Island Sound System of Charleston, SC jamming out the tunes all night long. Delicious food and drinks were served by Kylie Simpson and the staff of The Outback Kitchen. The party was sponsored by Naish Hawaii.

  • Rawson Impalas land at REAL!

    We just received a 6 pack of the new Rawson “Impalas”, ranging from 5’8 up to 7’4. All of these boards are PU/Poly construction, clear, with FCS boxes. The 6’2 has already left the rack, on it’s way to Peru on Friday. Right out the box, everyone who sees them has been drooling! Here’s why ….

  • Jason Slezak Reports from the O’neill World Cup of Surfing

    The 2009 Vans Triple Crown of Surfing is underway on the North Shore of Oahu. Last week saw the completion of the O’neill World Cup of Surfing: Sunset Beach, HI in maxing conditions! Three separate solid NW swells hit the North Shore perfectly between the November 24th opening day of the contest window and the December 4th Finals heat. The cleanest and most organized of the three swells occurred on the final day of the tournament. After spending the morning surfing just up the reef from Sunset at the Backyards I pedaled to Sunset Beach to catch the final few heats of the event.
